Automatic

Application

The KZE technology is a modern method of pasteurization used in the brewing industry. The process consists of rapid heating of the beer, a short holding time at high temperature, and rapid cooling. This ensures the elimination of microorganisms while preserving the highest beer quality.

Customer Benefits

  • Quality Preservation: Minimal impact of thermal processing on the taste, aroma, and clarity of the beer.
  • Energy Efficiency: Heat exchangers enable energy recovery and reduce production costs.
  • Extended Shelf Life: Effective elimination of microorganisms extends the shelf life of beer without the use of preservatives.

Technological Process

  • Heating: The beer is quickly heated to a temperature of 72–75°C.
  • Holding Temperature: The temperature is maintained for 15–30 seconds to ensure effective pasteurization.

Execution

  • Stainless steel construction with high hygiene standards.
  • Integrated heat exchangers for maximum energy efficiency.
  • Modular design facilitates maintenance and integration into production lines.

Components

  • High-quality heat exchangers.
  • Precise sensors to monitor temperature and process time.
  • Automated control system for precise parameter management.
